1. Check the TXID on a block explorer. Count confirmations.
2. If confirmations > 10 and time > 2 hours, verify you sent to the correct address.
3. If address is correct, wait 24 hours. If still missing, open a ticket with: TXID, Amount, Deposit Address used.

• Within 7 Days: If you used an address from your last login (3 days ago), the funds will likely credit automatically.
• Older than 7 Days: The private key may have been rotated out. You must open a Support Ticket immediately. There is a 50/50 chance admins can recover it, but they charge a 10% recovery fee.
