TORZON SUPPORT CENTER

TROUBLESHOOTING & RECOVERY

Torzon Market serves over 200,000 users. Due to high volume, support response times can range from 24 to 72 hours. 90% of submitted tickets are redundant. This database contains verified solutions for Login Issues, Crypto Transactions, and Dispute protocols. Before contacting a moderator, search your error below.

Account Recovery

The PIN code is your primary defense against withdrawals if your password is stolen.

Scenario A: You have your Mnemonic (Seed Phrase).
1. Log out of the market.
2. Go to the login page and click "Recover Account / Lost Password".
3. Enter your Username and your Mnemonic Phrase exactly as saved.
4. You will be prompted to create a NEW Password and a NEW PIN.

Scenario B: You lost the Mnemonic.
CRITICAL: If you lost your PIN *and* your Mnemonic, your account is permanently inaccessible. Admins cannot reset this for you. This is a security feature to prevent social engineering. You must create a new account.

This is a common issue with Tor Browser configuration.
Solution Checklist:
1. Security Level: Set Tor Browser Security Level to "Safer" (not Safest). 'Safest' disables JavaScript, which breaks the Clock Captcha.
2. Identity: Click the broom icon (New Identity) to refresh your Tor circuit.
3. Clock Sync: Ensure your computer's system clock is accurate. Tor relies on time synchronization.
4. Phishing Check: Ensure you are on a real mirror. Phishing sites often loop the login to harvest credentials.

Torzon has strict zero-tolerance policies.
Common Ban Reasons:
Phishing: Sending links to fake markets in PMs.
Doxxing: Posting personal info in reviews.
Direct Deals: Asking a vendor to trade outside the market (via Telegram/Signal). This removes the market fee and is an instant ban.
Dispute Abuse: Opening false disputes to steal products.

Wallet & Deposits

NOTE: Torzon addresses change after every deposit. Never save an address to your exchange whitelist. Always generate a fresh address for each deposit.

This is the #1 FAQ.
The Mechanics: Torzon requires 10 Confirmations for Monero (XMR) and 2 Confirmations for Bitcoin (BTC).
• For Monero, this takes approximately 20-30 minutes.
• Occasionally, the market's "daemon" (wallet scanner) lags behind the blockchain.

Action Plan:
1. Check the TXID on a block explorer. Count confirmations.
2. If confirmations > 10 and time > 2 hours, verify you sent to the correct address.
3. If address is correct, wait 24 hours. If still missing, open a ticket with: TXID, Amount, Deposit Address used.

Torzon addresses are valid for 7 days.
Within 7 Days: If you used an address from your last login (3 days ago), the funds will likely credit automatically.
Older than 7 Days: The private key may have been rotated out. You must open a Support Ticket immediately. There is a 50/50 chance admins can recover it, but they charge a 10% recovery fee.

NO. NEVER.
Exchanges use Chain Analysis. If they detect you sending crypto to a Darknet Market entity, they will freeze your account and report you to authorities (SAR - Suspicious Activity Report).
Correct Path: Exchange -> Personal Wallet (Cake/Monero GUI) -> Torzon Market.

Orders & Disputes

Vendors sometimes mark items "Shipped" immediately to stop the 72-hour auto-cancel timer, even if they haven't dropped it in the post yet.
What to do:
1. Message the vendor politely asking for an update.
2. Watch your Auto-Finalize timer. If it gets low (< 24 hours) and you still have no package, Extend the Timer or Open a Dispute. Do not let the timer hit zero, or the money is released and cannot be recovered.

Moderators decide based on facts.
Non-Arrival: If the vendor cannot provide a valid Tracking Number that shows "Delivered" to your area, the Buyer usually wins (Full Refund).
Seizure: If tracking shows "Seized by Law Enforcement," the outcome depends on the vendor's ToS. Usually 50% refund.
Bad Quality: Hard to prove. You need photos of the product next to the shipping label. Lab tests are the best proof.

No. Finalizing Early releases the funds from Escrow directly to the vendor's wallet. Once the coins leave the market Escrow, Torzon staff cannot touch them.
Only FE for vendors you trust with your life. If an FE vendor scams you, your only option is to leave a negative review and report them on Dread to warn others.

Technical & PGP

Common Error Codes

Error Meaning & Fix
PGP Decrypt Failed You are trying to decrypt a message meant for the vendor. Only the vendor has the private key. You cannot read your own encrypted message.
CSRF Token Invalid Page timed out or you have multiple tabs open. Refresh the page (F5) and try again.
404 Not Found The listing was deleted or the vendor was banned.
502 Bad Gateway Tor network congestion or DDOS attack. Try a different mirror from mirrors.html.

PGP 2FA Login Guide

If you enabled 2FA (Recommended), you cannot login with just a password.

  1. Login with username/password.
  2. Torzon presents an Encrypted PGP Block.
  3. Copy the block into Kleopatra/GPG tools.
  4. Decrypt using your Private Key.
  5. The output will be a 6-digit code (e.g., 849201).
  6. Paste the code into the Torzon box.
Tip: Verify your clock time if decryption works but code is rejected.
